  3. Pay by bank transfer if you are outside Tangier, or by cash on delivery if you are in Tangier.

We are more than happy to accommodate requests, especially as we expand into the future. If the product you are looking for is not on our site, please contact us at sales@petco.ma and let us know of all the awesome brands we should stock.

Yes, we offer additional discounts for wholesale purchases.

Did you make a mistake when ordering? For on-time deliveries, you can cancel or change your order before it leaves our warehouse by contacting our customer service.

We offer free delivery over 200 dhs to most areas of Tangier. Other areas will have their maximum delivery charges capped and will depend on where you live and the size of your order. Visit our delivery page for more information.

You can pay securely at Pet & Co. We accept payments by bank transfers throughout Morocco or by cash on delivery.

Our couriers do not have a standard time of day when goods are delivered. It’s up to you to choose when it suits you.

If you find that you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, we have a dedicated support team to do everything for you. Just contact us and we can sort everything out.

This isn’t a problem at all – just be sure to include the recipient’s name in your delivery address and contact support to choose how your gift will be wrapped.
